To use CookFlow, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

4. Subscriptions and Payments

CookFlow offers free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited access to AI chat and recipe features
• Premium: Unlimited access to all features

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account with others

You retain ownership of any content you create using CookFlow (such as saved recipes and shopping lists). By using our service, you grant us a license to store and display this content to provide our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CookFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated recipes will meet your dietary needs or restrictions
• Nutritional information will be accurate
